Trained in the Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and the renowned Zone Face Lift, I’m excited to bring this unique approach to reflexology and facial rejuvenation to Victoria.
My focus is always on the nervous system. When we slow down, rest deeply and reconnect with ourselves, the body can remember its own wisdom to heal. Restoring balance on a physical, emotional and energetic level brings a sense of calm, clarity and resilience - leaving us better equipped to meet whatever life brings.
