Hi, I’m Lucie - welcome.

I work with women who feel drained by the pace of modern life - those navigating stress, fatigue and anxiety, as well as the physical and emotional shifts that come with midlife and menopause.

Through Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift and specialized Menopause Reflexology, I help calm the nervous system, ease the effects of stress and emotional strain and restore the body's natural vitality in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

I trained in the Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology directly under Ziggie Bergman in London - the world's leading authority in this field - and I am registered with the Reflexology Association of British Columbia. I am the first practitioner to bring the European Zone Face Lift technique to Victoria, and I bring both the rigour of that training and the depth of my own healing journey to every session.
