Hi, I’m Lucie, the founder of Laurea Studio.

Thank you for being here.

My journey into the healing arts has quietly unfolded over more than two decades.

Though my early career began in the civil service, I was always drawn to nature-based traditions, energy healing and the subtle interplay between body, mind and spirit.

I first trained in Reiki and foot reflexology, offering intuitive treatments alongside my day job. Later, I pursued a degree in textile design while becoming a mother - nurturing my love of creativity and nuance, something that continues to inspire how I approach healing and touch today.

Then life asked more of me.

Amid fatigue, healing from CPTSD and an unexpected autoimmune condition, I began to understand how vital it is to pause, soften and reconnect.

I discovered facial reflexology and recognised how working through the face can profoundly support the nervous system and release stored trauma and tension.

Over the years, I’ve explored quantum healing, breathwork, facial yoga and meditation. Silent retreats and deep restorative practices taught me what true rest feels like - that stillness is not an absence of doing, but a return to presence.

Specialising in Facial Reflexology became a natural extension of all that I had learned - a way to bring together healing, beauty and the nervous system’s innate intelligence.

The work transformed me — and now I bring that transformation to others.

My lived experience shaped my ability to hold space with sensitivity and intuition.

It brings me joy to witness clients allowing themselves to rest — to see their features soften, their spirits lift, and to hear afterwards that they’ve slept better, felt calmer or simply more like themselves.

No two sessions are ever the same; each one is as unique as the person who walks through my door.

My intention is simple: to offer an unhurried, nurturing space where you feel truly seen, heard and supported — allowing you to exhale and reconnect with yourself, so that you can step back into your life feeling lighter, softer and more centred.
