How I work
The face reflects our lived experience - the places we’ve smiled, frowned or held stress over time. Working intentionally with these patterns allows habitual tension to soften, stored trauma to leave the body, and the expression to become more open and at ease.
The extended session length is a key part of this work. It allows space not only to address visible signs of ageing, but also the underlying stress patterns that contribute to them. By supporting true rest and regulation, Zone Face Lift encourages renewal on every level - physical, emotional, and energetic.
What to expect
Each session begins with a short consultation, followed by a hot towel cleanse and the application of nourishing, organic oil. Using my hands and specialist tools, I work slowly and intentionally through reflexology, lifting, sculpting and release techniques. Sessions are unhurried and held with care, allowing space for integration.
You'll remain fully clothed - I recommend loose, comfortable clothing and a low neckline to allow access to the neck area. Some head work and neck stretches are also included to support deeper release.
If purchasing a series, every third session includes a full 7-step facial using pure, natural skincare products to provide additional nourishment and support the skin’s regenerative processes.
Afterwards, many people feel grounded, spacious, and deeply relaxed. This is a treatment designed to integrate, allowing time afterwards rather than rushing straight into activity is strongly encouraged.

6-week supportive series | Investment $1,660
Recommended for cumulative results, this six-session series allows each treatment to build on the last. It supports natural lift and tone, encourages the release stress held in the face, and helps establish healthier facial and nervous system patterns.
Includes a beautiful crystal gua sha tool to take home, along with simple self-care guidance to support your results between sessions.
12-week signature series | Investment $3200
Designed for those seeking the most significant and lasting change. This extended series allows deeper unwinding of long-held facial tension, visible softening of stress-related ageing and fuller integration of nervous system regulation.
Includes a crystal gua sha tool, a nourishing oil to use at home, and personalised guidance to support your skin and nervous system throughout the series and beyond.
