How I work
The face reflects our lived experience - the places we’ve smiled, frowned or held stress. Working intentionally with these points allows us to unwind habitual tension, release stored trauma and restore a peaceful, uplifted expression.
By allowing true rest, Zone Face Lift supports renewal on every level. The longer session time lets me address both the visible signs of premature ageing and the root causes that contribute to them. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centred and glowing - with results that radiate far beyond the skin.
What to expect
Each treatment begins with a short consultation and a warm towel cleanse, followed by the application of luxurious, organic oil. Using both hands and specialist tools, I work intuitively through lifting, sculpting and reflexology techniques.
It’s recommended you wear loose, comfortable clothing and a low neckline so I can access the neck area. Unless you prefer otherwise, I will run my hands through your hair and perform a light neck stretch to release residual tension.
Every third session includes a 7-step facial using pure, natural skincare products for deeper nourishment and rejuvenation.
Afterwards, you may feel spacious, grounded and slightly ‘floaty’. Your hair may be a little tousled, and it’s best to allow yourself time to relax - rather than heading straight into an important meeting or running errands.
